The Wilsons College Office is located on site at 5 Dixon Place to assist students. The hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. The College is also supervised by on site Managers and Residential Assistants who also provide helpful advice to students about University life and living at the College.

Wilsons College Services Include:

- Orientation walk to the university campus by our senior residential assistants

- On arrival linen is supplied and units are monitored weekly by our cleaner to maintain cleanliness in the units

- 24 hour security service

- Public telephones

- Two commercial laundries with coin operated washing machines and dryers on site

- Outdoor balcony and BBQ areas
.
- Grassed volley ball court
.
- Residential Assistants have keys for after hours access
.
- After dark you can catch the university shuttle bus to the University or to the Student Union bar
